The balsamic crema impresses with its perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. It is the ideal accompaniment to hot and cold dishes, sauces or dressings. Tip: drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella.

Ingredients: 40% Aceto Balsamico di Modena (PGI) (wine vinegar, grape must concentrate), glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, spirit vinegar, caramel syrup, natural flavouring, antioxidant: POTASSIUM METABISULFITE.
