Bengal tiger curry

Jasmini tip: Bengali chicken curry (for 2 people)
Ingredients: 300g chicken breast in strips, 150g yoghurt, 1 tsp vegetable stock, 1 tbsp Bengal tiger curry, 1 large onion, 3 tbsp oil, 1 jar of bean sprouts, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 100ml water, 1 leek, 150ml coconut milk.
Preparation: Mix the yoghurt, vegetable stock and Bengal tiger curry and marinate the chicken strips with it. Leave to marinate for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight). Chop the onions and fry in oil. Add the chicken, bean sprouts, tomatoes, leeks and coconut milk. Rice goes well with the dish.
Ingredients: ground turmeric, chili powder, fenugreek, onion, cumin, coriander, pink berries, coriander leaves, cardamom, star anise, cloves, allspice.
