Jasmini tip: Mushroom Minestra
Ingredients: 2 cloves of garlic, 50g streaky bacon, 1 large onion finely chopped, 3 tbsp olive oil, 200g mushrooms (slices), 300g fresh vegetables in strips, 1 tbsp vegetable stock, 2 tbsp bruschetta seasoning, 1 pinch of ground porcini mushrooms
Preparation: Brown the garlic, bacon and onion in olive oil. Add the mushrooms and vegetables and fry. Pour in 1 litre of vegetable stock and then stir in the bruschetta seasoning and porcini mushrooms.
Ingredients: Tomato flakes (tomato paste concentrate, corn starch (carrier)), paprika, clear broth (sea salt, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, onions, natural flavouring, lovage root, carrots, sunflower oil, mace, juniper berries, leek, parsley, turmeric, cloves), garlic, onion flakes, basil, oregano.
