Simultaneous extraction of olives and whole basil leaves
Freshly harvested Koroneiki olives from selected fields in Crete are pressed at the same time as fresh basil according to the latest standards. The natural essential oils of the ground basil leaves refine the extraction and produce a mild, harmonious olive oil that smells wonderfully of basil.
This classic goes wonderfully with tomato mozzarella, pasta and leaf salads.
