The famous Japanese speciality is also available from Chinese production. This pleasantly soft, aromatic tea, very similar in appearance and processing to its Japanese counterpart, comes from a small farm near Fusheng Town, Zhejiang Province. Harvesting in the early morning hours allows processing on the same day, creating an exceptional cup of tea.
