China Tarry Lapsang Souchong

Tarry Lapsang Souchong comes from the Chinese province of Fujian and is also known as "smoke tea". After the fermentation process, the tea leaves are smoked in bamboo baskets. Special Chinese woods are used in this process, which give the tea a particularly smoky taste.
