Jasmini tip: Couscous
Ingredients: 350g couscous, 2 tbsp butter or oil, 1 tbsp couscous seasoning, 1 tbsp vegetable stock
Preparation: Simmer 400ml of water with couscous seasoning and vegetable stock for about 10 minutes, then remove the pan from the heat. Add couscous and butter or oil and leave to swell for 6-8 minutes. Loosen up frequently with a fork. Goes great with fish, seafood or marinated chicken skewers.
