Jasmini tip: pineapple slices
Ingredients: 250g turkey schnitzel in strips, 1 large shallot, 1 garlic clove, 1 green pepper, 1 small jar of soy sprouts, 1 small can of pineapple pieces with juice, 1 tbsp curry pineapple, 2 tsp vegetable stock, 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 100ml water
Preparation: Chop the shallot and garlic and fry together with the turkey cutlet and pepper in a little oil. Add the bean sprouts and pineapple pieces with juice. Add the spices and pour in the water and balsamic vinegar. Simmer for about 10 minutes, thickening as needed.
Ingredients: ground fenugreek, pineapple powder (20%), hot paprika, turmeric, ground coriander, ground cumin, sweet paprika, ground white pepper, ground cardamom, salt (5%), ground ginger, ground chili.
