Jasmini tip: spicy chicken curry
Ingredients: 800g skinless chicken breast cut into strips, 500ml coconut milk, 3 onions quartered, 2 tbsp sesame oil (not roasted), 4 cloves of garlic, 2 tbsp curry spice (alternatively you can use the curry lemon. It is less spicy), 1 piece of fresh ginger cut into pieces, sauce thickener.
Preparation: Fry the onions, chicken breast, garlic and ginger in thin strips for about 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk and curry. If necessary, thicken with a sauce thickener and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Ingredients: Curcuma, chili, cumin, coriander, ginger.
