Jasmini tip: Indian rice meat

Ingredients: 300g rice, 400g turkey breast, 2 carrots, 1 leek, 3 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp curry shawal kari, 1 tbsp vegetable stock

Preparation: Cook rice and chill. Cut turkey breast, carrots and leek into strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry turkey and vegetables. Add rice and season with Curry Shawal Kari.

Ingredients: Turmeric, garlic, sweet paprika, cumin, onion, black cumin, black pepper, wild garlic.
