Jasmini tip: Marinated chicken skewers

Ingredients: 4 chicken breast fillets, 100ml olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, 1 small onion, 1/2 red pepper, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 dash of vinegar, 1 tablespoon dip aioli, 1 teaspoon dip mojo rojo picon

Preparation: Mix all ingredients well and puree. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips, put them on oiled wooden skewers and dust with flour. Place the skewers in a flat dish and marinate with the marinade. Fry in a pan or grill on an open fire. Serve with an aioli dip and Canarian potatoes or flatbread.
