Typical Spanish flavour, nice and fiery for great dipping sauces.

Jasmini tip: Spanish minced meat sausages

Ingredients: 500g ground beef, 2 onions finely diced, 3 garlic cloves finely chopped, 1/1 red pepper, 1 egg, 2 tbsp dipping spice

Preparation: Mix all ingredients together until thickened and form small sausages. Fry well in olive oil.

Ingredients: Clear broth (sea salt, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, onions, palm fat, natural flavouring, lovage root, carrots, mace, juniper berries, leek, parsley, turmeric, cloves), hot paprika, chilli red, ground chilli, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, cumin.
