Jasmini tip: Lebanese beef stew

Ingredients: 600g beef fillet in strips, 200g eggplant in strips, 2 large onions diced, 1 red and 1 green pepper in strips, 2 cans of tomatoes diced, 1 tbsp harissa coarse, 3 tbsp crème fraîche

Preparation: Fry the onions and beef fillet in a high pan. Add the vegetables and continue to fry. Add the remaining ingredients and let everything simmer for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: chili powder, sea salt (19%), green pepper flakes, garlic, onion, red pepper flakes, habanero chili.
