Jasmini tip: Kentucky Steak

Ingredients: 4 large neck steaks from Schwin, 4 tbsp Kentucky dip, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp oil

Preparation: Rub the steaks well with spices, mix the chopped garlic clove with oil and marinate the steaks with it. Leave to marinate for 3 hours. Fry well on the grill or in a pan.

Ingredients: Smoked salt 30% (salt, colorant E150c, smoke flavor), sweet paprika, onions, fenugreek seeds, chili, garlic, cumin, coriander.
