Quickly conjure up a strong, creamy garlic dip or a tasty sauce with a delicious garlic note.

Jasmini tip: garlic-ham sauce

Ingredients: 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 100g juniper ham, 300ml milk, 1 cup crème fraîche, 2 tbsp dipping spice, pepper.

Preparation: Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry vigorously with the juniper ham. Add the remaining ingredients and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
