Flavored green/white tea blend - also a delight as iced tea

This heavenly tea has to be seen and enjoyed - a light blend of high-quality green teas forms an excellent floral base that is also unique in its appearance. The aromas of passion fruit, pineapple and strawberry work harmoniously and are perfectly complemented by the added pieces of fruit and flowers. A tea made for angels!

Ingredients: green tea, white tea, papaya cubes (papaya, sugar), pineapple cubes (pineapple, sugar), flavouring, rose petals, strawberry pieces (freeze-dried).

ICED TEA RECIPE

Ingredients: 6-7 tsp angel's kiss / 2-3 passion fruits / 2 cinnamon sticks / cardamom powder / fresh mint / 200ml passion fruit nectar / crushed ice or ice cubes

Preparation: Pour 1 litre of 75-80°C hot water into a pot, add the cinnamon sticks and let it steep for about 3 minutes. Fill a large pot with ice and pour the tea over it. Allow to cool until the tea is completely cold. Scrape the flesh and seeds out of the passion fruit and add them to the tea. Add cardamom powder and stir. Top up the green tea mixture with passion fruit nectar and mineral water and garnish with fresh mint. Wonderfully delicious!
