Formosan Oolong Dung Ti (Jade Oolong)

"Dung Ti" grows on Dongding Mountain and is one of the best Jade Oolong varieties in Taiwan.

The tightly rolled, dark green leaf produces a soft, floral cup and is very aromatic in taste.

This tea specialty is made in a complex way. After picking, the leaves are briefly dried and wilted. This develops a very floral, fragrant aroma. This is followed by several brief heating in a pan or drum to stop the fermentation. The leaves are then rolled very carefully and finally dried.
