Jasmini tip: Marinated chicken breast

Ingredients: chicken breast, 1 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp honey pepper, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp cooking oil, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation: Mix all ingredients into a paste, rub the chicken breast with it and marinate overnight in the fridge. Fry the chicken breast well and cook in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
