Japan Bancha

Traditionally, the Japanese like to drink this tea with their meals and it is considered a classic "everyday tea". The large-leaf tea is made from the lower shoots of the tea plant. After brewing, the regularly processed leaves reveal their true size and show their fine leaf structure. The taste is soft and the subtle underlying softness is only slightly grassy.
