"Genmai" means brown rice. This speciality consists of Bancha tea mixed with about 50% roasted or puffed rice. The incomparable taste is characterized by the smoothness of the Bancha tea and a pleasant, slightly sweet, nutty and caramel note.
This quality comes from Kagoshima Prefecture and is produced in the region around Kirishima.
