It has to be something fresh to keep the high temperatures in this bustling mega city bearable. Citrus fruits, but also hibiscus varieties, are very popular. We chose lemon, seasoned with oriental fruits and a hint of spices.

Ingredients: Sencha, apple pieces, pineapple cubes (sugar), natural flavouring, coriander, freeze-dried lemon granules (maltodextrin), natural lemon oil, rose petals, stevia leaves, freeze-dried fig cubes, lemon verbena.
