The herb pepper is ideal for meat, stews and vegetables.
Jasmini tip: Light cream sauce (best with steaks, pasta, rice, fondue or raclette)
Ingredients: 200ml crème fraîche, 200ml milk, 2 tbsp herb pepper, 1 tsp vegetable stock, sauce thickener
Preparation: Mix all ingredients well, bring to the boil and thicken with a sauce thickener.
Ingredients: black and white pepper, onion, red pepper, tomato flakes (tomato paste concentrate, corn starch (carrier)), oregano, lovage, thyme, wild garlic.
