Jasmini tip: Pizza
Ingredients dough: 500g wheat flour, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 packet of dry yeast, 1 tsp bruschetta seasoning, 1 tsp pizza seasoning, 1 tsp pizza herbs, 2 tbsp oil, approx. 125ml warm milk
Ingredients for the topping: 2 cans of peeled tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of bruschetta seasoning, 1 teaspoon of pizza herbs, 1 tablespoon of pizza seasoning
Preparation: Mix the ingredients for the dough and add oil. Knead well. Add milk as needed and continue kneading until the dough is smooth. Leave to rise for about 20 minutes. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking tray. For the topping, puree the tomatoes and mix in all the spices. Spread evenly over the pizza dough and top the pizza as desired.
