Here is the liqueur to go with our herbal tea "Kieler Schietwetter"! This tasty, hearty herbal liqueur awakens all the senses.

Preparation:

Add the ingredients to 0.7 liters of grain or fruit brandy and leave in a closed container in a warm place for 1 week. Stir frequently! Then pour through a fine sieve or cloth and fill into bottles. The liqueur is now ready to enjoy.

Ingredients: granulated sugar, aniseed, fennel, ribwort plantain, peppermint, honey, elderflower, marigold, mullein, raspberry leaves, rose hip, blackberry, strawberry leaves, sunflower blossoms, apple pomace, lemon balm, peony blossoms.
